How to BECOME A BSCLN PARTNER:
The 10/100 Fellowship :Like two small fish and five barley loaves, our Lord can do great things with small contributions! The BSCLN has adopted a fund-raising strategy of being accountable to the primary group of churches to which we relate. This strategy includes an initial goal of 1,000 churches giving $10 per month and 100 churches giving $100 or more per month. It is hoped that partnering churches may commit to 1% of their budget for the welfare of other churches. This is our 10/100 Fellowship!
What is the BSCLN? The BSCLN is a network of pastors and smaller-membership church leaders which began in the late 1970’s as the Southern Baptist Bivocational Ministers Association. In 2009, the name was changed to the Bivocational and Small Church Leadership Network (BSCLN) to better define its true nature and target ministry to smaller-membership church leaders (those averaging 125 or less each Sunday). It exists solely for the purpose of advancing and revitalizing bivocational and smaller-membership church pastors and the congregations they serve.
What is a BSCLN Partner? A BSCLN Partner is any individual, church or institution which supports the mission of the BSCLN through a contribution. Churches are encouraged to consider placing the BSCLN in their budget to receive 1% of undesignated receipts. Click here to learn more about the financial foundation and fund-raising for the BSCLN.
Why be a BSCLN Partner? The BSCLN exists for the purpose of Engaging, Equipping & Encouraging bivocational and smaller-membership church pastors and leaders. The BSCLN has no funding except the partnerships and contributions of those like yourself who love the smaller-attendance church and her work in the Lord’s kingdom! The goal of the BSCLN is to find its life by giving itself away helping pastors and church leaders.
